Launch and ongoing PR for new project

 

Pitch PR has provided a range of services for a new residential community at Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Besides traditional PR, we have also established a strong Facebook presences, provided website copy and produced a community video.

Australia’s largest residential developer was launching a new Caloundra West community which would become a gateway estate to the future $5 billion Caloundra South project. Pitch was asked to assist in creating awareness of the community across the region with future residents/purchasers and other relevant stakeholders.

Besides a campaign of traditional public relations, Pitch PR also established a Facebook page for Bells Reach, which commenced almost six months prior to the first residents arriving and successfully kept all stakeholders informed and engaged about progress.

We provided fresh website copy for the community and managed the production of a community profile video for use online and in the sales centre.

Bells Reach is now one of the most recognised and talked about new communities on the Sunshine Coast with an active Facebook page, substantial media coverage at all levels, and an engaged and positive group of resident ambassadors.
