Stephen Sealey – Director
Stephen is a former Deputy Editor of The Courier-Mail newspaper with more than 25 years’ experience in the media and communications industry.
He has worked at the highest levels of media and has extensive experience in all aspects of communication, from writing, editing and production to product development, strategic planning, crisis management, social media, marketing and promotion.
Since moving to public relations, Stephen has consulted to a wide range of industry sectors. He has a proven record of planning and implementing public relations campaigns that get real results.
Stephen also applies his experience in identifying engaging and newsworthy content to social media and video production. He has pioneered a unique model that allows organisations to outsource their content creation and social media management to a trusted professional communicator.
Teela Jurgensen – Account Director
Teela has more than 21 years’ experience in the media and communications industry, including experience on metropolitan and regional newspapers and in public relations.
Prior to joining Pitch, Teela was the Queensland Real Estate Editor for News Ltd, managing a team of more than 10 property editors and reporters across 18 metropolitan, regional and community newspapers throughout the state.
She is also experienced in digital media, photography, graphic design, business management and public speaking.
Matt Price – Senior Consultant
Matt has more than 10 years’ experience in strategic PR and marketing, working for a variety of clients across many sectors.
He moved to Australia in 2010 after a successful career in the UK and has continued to excel in planning and executing multi-faceted public relations strategies.
With excellent news sense, writing skills across multiple platforms, and the perfect touch with media, Matt generates consistently high results for Pitch PR clients.
Jo Hales – Senior Consultant
Jo joined Pitch PR after a successful media career with News Ltd, working across the group’s titles on the Gold Coast.
